Holding events at House 14

1. Price and start/end times

• An event may start at any time.
• The price depends on the finishing time.
• Event ending by midnight: [X] GEL; see the current pricing table.
• After midnight: [Y] GEL per hour; see the current pricing table. Example: an event ending at 6:00 a.m. costs an additional 6 × [Y] GEL.
• If the music is not switched off and preparations to finish have not begun at the declared end time, the event is automatically extended by one hour.
• The event is considered finished when the music is completely switched off.
• After the event ends, the organisers and security team have one hour to remove everyone from the property except staff and residents. If people unknown to the residents remain after that hour, the organisers must pay the house an additional [Z] GEL per remaining person; see the current pricing table.
• 50% of the initially agreed price is paid immediately. The balance is paid after the event.

2. Security

• Provide one security guard per 100 attendees.
• Security staff must speak Georgian.

3. Cleaning

The organisers must provide at least two people to help clean up after the event. If they cannot provide helpers, they must hire a cleaning service. The house must be completely cleaned within 24 hours. Failure to meet this condition incurs a GEL 1,000 penalty.

4. Property damage

The organisers must pay for all damage, including repairs and replacement purchases, within seven days after the event.

5. Sound

5.1 Outdoors
